Return and Exchange

* For the protection and satisfaction of our customers, we are unable to accept returns on products — even if they are in their original condition — unless the issue is due to a problem with the product itself, such as receiving a damaged item or the wrong product.

* Products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if they are found to be damaged or have a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the item will be replaced with a new one, and no refund will be issued. The defective product must be returned in order to receive the replacement.

* If the customer refuses to receive the shipment, or if incorrect contact details (such as phone number or email) result in the shipment being returned, the delivery fee will be deducted from the order value. If the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, new delivery fees will apply.

* Kindly note that once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to its contents.

* If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request an exchange. Please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include your order number and clear photos of the product.
