Welcome to Sukarah. By using sukarah.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms — please read them carefully.
01About us

02Products and pricing
- All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- We take care to display product colors accurately, but shades may vary slightly depending on your screen.
- We may change prices, products, and promotions at any time; the price at the moment you place your order is the price you pay.
- Promotional codes and bundle discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
03Orders
- An order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — with a full refund of any amount paid.
- Please make sure your delivery details (including phone number and address or Short Address) are accurate; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
04Payment
We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and installment payments via Tabby and Tamara. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers; installment plans are subject to the provider's own terms and approval.
05Delivery
- We deliver across Saudi Arabia and to GCC countries (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman).
- Delivery inside Riyadh is typically within 2–3 hours; other Saudi cities within 1–4 business days; GCC destinations within 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delivery is free for orders above 200 SAR; otherwise the courier fee shown at checkout applies. International orders may be subject to destination customs duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
06Returns and exchanges
Returns are governed by our Exchanges & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery; opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons except in cases of defect.
07Intellectual property
All content on this site — the Sukarah name, logo, product designs, photography, and text — is owned by or licensed to Sukarah and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
08Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Saudi consumer-protection law. Beyond what the law requires, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Please review product ingredients before use; discontinue use if irritation occurs.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities in the Kingdom.
